"I fill out an application and pay 50$ and he calls me tells me he’s cleaning out this house be ready in a week then a couple days later he called me and pretty much told me the same thing and said if I like it to just bring first month rent and deposit so I’m waiting on this phone call sounds like he’s gonna rent this place to me I called him Monday and he didn’t answer then I called him today (Tuesday) and he tells me it already been rented out I’m like I thought u was gonna call me and I was about to hang up and then he said he had another house getting cleaned out he would send me the address and never did . And this is the second time he did this to me the first time he said same thing said it was getting cleaned out be ready in couple days the. I call him and he said he rented it out I try to put a deposit down to lock it in he wouldn’t let me and I been calling and reaching out about this place I thought he was forsure gonna rent to me played me 2 times"
