"Super scammy place. when I dropped off my car, I asked for the total price. They quoted me a price, but when I went to pick it up, they had charged extra for various fees. Also, their warranty seems like a joke. They require that you have your Lugnuts tightened again by them after driving it for 25 miles, and then again, after one week, and then, every time you have your oil change, which then guarantees them the business of doing your oil. If you don’t do these things, your warranty is no good. I recommend staying away from this place and their predatory practices."
"They are very professional and understanding, I got tires for my truck and a month later I lost a family member and was held responsible for funeral cost. RNR understood and allowed me to return the tires. I have a lot of respect for them and wish I could have been a better customer. I recommend this place to everyone.
