"My car got a flat tire on 11/2 so I pulled into autozone to go get a can of fix a flat after unsuccessfully being able to get the tire aired up enough to safety move it off the property and not being able to find a tire shop open. It was late and I had my son with me who had a disability so I decided to get him home and I set up arrangements for the next day to pick it up ,AFTER me and my father went inside spoke with the lady that claimed to be the manager at the front counter. She said iw not a problem that I could get my vehicle the next day since it was not in the way or blocking anything. The next day I showed up with someone to fix my tire and my car was gone. I come to find out there was a miscommunication with the employees. The one claimed he had no idea I was coming back and no one had told him I spoke with them and then the lady lied and said that my vehicle was sitting for 3days which was a complete lie and I had proof it was not even a full day. With it being a weekend and the tow place being closed I was not able to get my car until they opened Monday. I was then out $280 plus the cost of having to rent a car over the weekend to get to work everyday. The employees was very rude when I spoke with them about the situation they were very unprofessional and had no remorse for leaving me out almost $500 for their miscommunication. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"I generally prefer autozone over other parts stores because it's organized well, they have a good selection and you generally don't need an employees help to find what you need. However that is not the case at all locations. I also have never understood why pricing on certain auto parts is sometimes vastly different at different locations and occasionally something is listed cheaper on the website than at the store. It benefits you to both check the website and call many different locations for the price before going in."

"Saul was so kind and helpful. I got my car’s battery tested, he explained my options to replace the bad one, and he installed it for me. All within a few minutes!"

"Cheaper than the other auto store down the road by a dollar. The store manager or whoever the main guy is whenever I go in is super nice and chill, very helpful too. However, last time when I went in the guy at the register, while the store manger was helping people on the phone, kept quite literally moving himself around the customer he was servicing to peer at my chest. And did it a couple times while serving me. Not an appropriate way to interact with people, I wonder if he just didn’t think I had eyes or a brain. Every once in a while is normal, but 8 or so times while the person is literally facing you just lacks a sense of respect for their comfort. Typically my boyfriend doesn’t notice when this happens but it was often enough that even my boyfriend noticed and had a comment to say to me afterwards. I’m going to continue coming here but I’m just going to proceed with self service from now on, I didn’t realize it existed until last time."
