"Called to see if parts were in stock. They were which would be great if the store didn’t close early without saying so. Called the store at 5 placed the order. Order was ready to pickup at 5:37 I get to the store at 5:55 to see the store closed early because of a gas leak ( he answered the phone and said that you outside ? ) he couldn’t just get me my parts that are already paid for ? Now my fiancé has to miss work tomorrow because her car is in pieces in the driveway. Not only that he didn’t say sorry just hung up the phone. I worked at the Advance auto on Alexis for years and would never treat a customer like that. Sad to see such a good store go downhill. Doesn’t want to help the customer. Will be doing business elsewhere from now on. Edit: Thanks for the generic reply. Luckily the store on Alexis Rd in Toledo took care of the situation. I will never shop at this location again and will tell my friends and family not to either."

"The manager there was excellent and extremely friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed done.really appreciate that.however I must give one star based on the fact that the first employee stereotyped me immediately based on how I was dressed and looked and accused me of trying to return a stolen item even though I had the Receipt and box.was planning on buying a battery after my return but I’ll never give this company another dime for the rest of my life.the pictures are to show what a used starter from a Jeep Wrangler looks like for there reference In the future."
