"I tried to return a simple 20mm socket today on 2/7 that was denied. I bought it yesterday 2/6. After trying to return it today (no receipt), I was told it couldnt be returned because it may have been taken from another location and now someone is trying to return it. The explanation makes sense initially, other than it was a credit sale with my name attached to the Cardholder Name and it could have easily been looked up in the sales report from 1 day ago. The poor review isn't because of the $8 return but because of the lack of initiative the employee had today to be helpful and offer assistance. Instead just said they couldnt do it, seemingly in order to get back to talking with other associates. It came across very disrespectfully & dismissive and I'll gladly shop at other locations from now on."

"My daughter's car battery died and was under warranty so I brought it in for a replacement. Mel B. helped me and was immediately incredibly friendly and helpful. She even understood my time crunch and worked with me to make sure I was taken care. When I came back to check on if the charge took, Mel saw me and went to get my battery right away. She checked the charge and informed the store manager (who was also very kind) that it was a bad battery and needed replaced. When I expressed to the store manager how helpful Mel had been she told me that Mel had actually just clocked out for lunch BEFORE helping me. I was never made to feel at all like an inconvenience or even made aware Mel was on lunch, she just waited on me with a smile on her face. PLEASE show her some appreciation. She is an amazing employee. ❤️"
