"Since Rookwood has taken over there have been lots of new improvements. We have been through multiple property managers and I think we’ve finally got someone amazing. Rachael, please stay and help us get better! You work hard, stay late and it shows. You’ve got a great staff now. You are very pleasant to speak to. You are lots of fun. You really know how to handle our wild group of kids on the property. They listen to you but the problem is, Max said you owe him $5 from the basketball court. :( Rachael, Tara, Vincent, Patrick & Dan please stay forever!"
"I lived there for almost 4 years. They never fixed the air. Every summer I was hot. With the thermostat reading as high as 81. They would not fixed the issue. They would only recharge the ac unit when obviously there was a leak. Also after I moved they sent me a demand letter to pay for new carpet. Do not move there. The place is old with old vanity cheap paint cheap carpet and very unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars"
