Leonardo Hotel Nottingham - Formerly Jurys Inn
“Really great experience overall. The room was nice and clean and the service of the staff was excellent. One thing I want to point out though was that there was an air vent in my room (412) that was making a bit of noise throughout the night, it wasn't too bad however without the noise of the air vent it would have been dead silent in my room and I would have liked that. I'll still rate this hotel a 5 star though as everything else about staying here was top notch.”
Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel
“Literally the best hotel on the planet is all. Couldn't be more conveniently located in the City Centre. Big props to William and Sophia who were beyond helpful. Whole staff and management were great. I'm sure I'll be returning soon! Warm regards, Kimberly”

“Wonderful place for long walks not to far from Go Ape. Miles and miles of nice walking trails, plenty flat and even ground come give it a go wrap up warmly”
West Park, Long Eaton
“Lovely clean park with an actual concrete skate area as well. During the main summer months there is also an outdoor splash area with a shop selling ice creams.”
Gedling Country Park
“Lovely place for a dog walk, with 4 easy to follow marked routes to choose from based on length and difficulty. Top carpark was very busy but plenty of space at the bottom. Great views and some nice carvings and art pieces to look at on the way round. Nice to see wheelchair accessible benches. Play area looked very busy and we gave up on getting a snack/drink as the queue was long and moving very very slowly. Suggest you take a picnic. Car park runs on a donation system.”
Children's Pool at Subtropical Swimming Paradise
“Brilliant pool Lots to do. Wave machine every 30mins. Slow gradiant into the water lifeguards at hand and can see the whole pool. Very relaxing with the tropical scenery. Great way to really relax”
Center Parcs Sherwood Forest
“Amazing place in a natural forest. Close to home. Don't have to fly or drive far depending on where you live. Food either eat in or dine out, which ever you prefer. So many activities to see and do. Or have a barbecue, wood fire or just enjoy the clean fresh air with squirrels birds ducks at lodge cycle or walk.”
East Midlands Conference Centre
“I am working at the conference centre this week , and was also here last week on an event ... It's been extremely hot weather recently , and the venue are doing their best to keep the place as cool as possible! But I have to say , the staff are wonderful ! They are so helpful , nothing is too much trouble , always smiling .a big thank you to Ding, Ashie and Montree. You make all the difference , well done!”
The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant
“Here for all the wrong reasons, to attend a funeral. Nevertheless, the hotel was very much to hand for the day's events and both the room and service were up to standard. The breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated and there was certainly a good selection for all palates. The staff were always on hand and very friendly and attentive. If I had to be picky the shower wasn't very powerful, but the water was sufficiently hot and that's all it need be. Based on Nottingham University campus, no doubt very handy for visiting academics and families.”
Robin Hoods Wheelgate Park
“First visit since 2010 and what can I say, its beautiful. What BBB Leisure have done with this place should be highly praised, the farm park was full of happy animals the indoor areas looked wonderful and had plenty to do and then there is the water park. On a hot day there is nothing better. Far better value for money than Gullivers. Thanks all for a good day”
The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences
“Highly Recommended!! Awesome experience all round , the meeting rooms are great , really scenic break out spaces and coffee shop. The staff are what truly makes this venue they all go above and beyond with a very accommodating attitude...”
Sherwood Forest Fun Park
“Great fun sneaking through the woods looking for the Sheriff of Nottingham, meeting up with lots of other outlaws of all ages and playing hide'n'sneak with the grandkids.... well Nanny mostly! Visitors centre is fabulous, cafe was a treat and the fun fair next to the car park was so exciting I nearly wet myself (especially on the huge slide that disappears into the clouds).”
Grand Cascade at Subtropical Swimming Paradise
“very good. it is quite nerve racking. usually open until 8 but because of the builders its open until 7”
Holme Pierrepont Country Park
“Our family enjoyed a walk and picnic here. Cycling, jogging are also good. Coffee shop is not bad.”
Water Meadows Leisure Complex
“The new Climbzone is really good! Different difficulty levels (love the beanstalk!) That challenge & great staff. Kids found it easier to clip into the system than clipnclimp. We'll be back!”
Tropical Cyclone at Subtropical Swimming Paradise
“Great fun, queues are much less than the other raft ride used to be.”
