“Notcutts is really the best place for your gardening needs. Starting from tools, seeds, pots etc. it has a huge collection of all your gardening needs. The flowers and plants look amazing. I was not even aware of some of the varieties of fruits that was available at Notcutts. Really amazing. They also have a great section for pets. We even found some Guinea pigs for sale there. They were really cute. There is also a dedicated aquarium section with a wide variety of fishes available and again all you need to maintain an aquarium. Overall amazing place. Looking forward to going there again.”

“I watched the video on how the paperweight was manufactured prior to ordering and it looked great. The finished product I received was even better than what I expected. You can tell that care and attention to detail was given to the piece throughout the manufacturing process. The manufacture and delivery took many weeks but the quality is worth the wait. The cost of the paperweight vs the quality is in my opinion is fantastic. “I had a couple of piercings done by Olly recently and was really blown away by the professionalism of the service. I was reccomended Olly by a friend as I have had a fair few piercings but never have found the right person with the correct knowledge and professionalism. Olly really knows his stuff and is a piercer with up to date knowledge, not using internally threaded jewellery as many of my previous piercings elsewhere have been performed with... amongst other things. When I needed some longer jewellery to help the piercings sit correctly, Olly put me at ease and changed them for me. I would fully reccomend going to Factotum and booking in with Olly for a piercing, without a shadow of a doubt he's the best in the area and the best piercer I've found. This has definitely inspired me to get more soon!”

“I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time so here we go! I've acquired the vast majority of my houseplants from this lovely little shop, all of which I have ordered online via their website. Every plant I have received has been in perfect condition, packed safe and sound with a cute, personal touch. The dispatch time is almost always within one day, unless you order later within the week, in that case they're shipped early in the week to ensure minimal time spent in the post (this is so so so important for me, very considerate). They keep their customers up to date with products, constantly adding to their stock (which my bank account isn't so keen on but I most definitely am) so there's always something new. They provide care instructions on the website which is very useful and are very communicative if something is wrong with the order or whatever. I definitely recommend this store, even if you are not local to it. I ordered a gift for my sister in London which arrived quick and safely. The plants are beautiful and the selection is so wide it's perfect for people who don't know quite what to choose, especially if you have an obsession with hoyas like I do. All of my plants are so incredibly healthy, including, surprisingly, my maidenhair fern, the diva. So so so happy with all of my purchases!!”

So so pleased with it and I get so many compliments on her work. Can’t recommend enough, the studio is lovely and everyone so nice and friendly, a great environment to get tattooed in.”

“I was so nervous getting my ears done and I had no clue where on my ear I should have them. Yet the people working there talked me though and even though it’s normally a maximum of two per session I was able to get 3! They were so so welcoming I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Jess did my ears and she made me feel so welcome and it felt like we were friends as soon as I stepped in her work area. I could go on and on about how amazing this was but if you are thinking about getting a piercing please come here. I was over thinking about it for a year and I suddenly decided ( with my mum’s permission) to get my helix and second lobe done. Always go to a tattoo / piercing shop instead of a high street shop as here they really know what they are doing and you don’t want an infection. They have probably sterilised tools. If I could give more then 5 stars I really would. I never write reviews yet this place deserves my time as I am so happy with how it turned out. Thank you :)”

“After going here for more than 4 years I love it. Grant is a pro when it comes to design and I put him above others when wanting a tattoo. His designs are unique and he works extremely well. Lucy is just the same and just as talented. They both work great together as a team and put their best ideas together. The shop itself is always welcoming and usually decorated to suit the time of year. It's very welcoming, which is what you want when your about to go through hours of pain. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.”
