“I have been coming to this store since it first started as a stall on the market and when it combined with the other gothic store in Norwich, I must have started visiting both places when I was 13, I remember hearing about both store and stall getting together to put together the big shop Rock Collection, I had a mini heart attack because I was so excited! I think they made a fantastic choice to merge because both together are amazing, the store has the most friendly staff on the planet, the customer service is outstanding and the quality of the clothing and accessories are flawless. I am now 23 years old and I still come into the store every time I go to Norwich, I may not always buy something but it's always really nice to still look around and just actually be in a store that respects me for the person and life choices I have made that others would refer to as 'different'. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who likes to take a walk on the wild side once in a while or all the time ;), you will always find something you want!”

The second was a battery that had leaked in my PR50 quartz again at reasonable cost. So when I decided to treat myself to another Tissot my first visit would be to Bullens, l was considering the Tissot Gentleman powermatic 80 which unfortunately they did not hold in stock , Clive their assistant was very helpful suggesting he could do a special order for the watch to my specifications so I duly ordered with a little trepidation as I had not seen the watch accept on line . My new Tissot arrived 10 days latter which I am very pleased with, Thanks Clive for your help and great customer service.”

“On recommendation of a friend, I took my late Grandmothers ring to Aleks jewellers, London Street. The beautiful ring, now passed down and worn by my daughter, had lost one it’s it’s 3 opal stones. The owner Sally undertook to try and find a replacement stone, which was no easy task as the ring is antique and the stones of a smaller size than usual. I collected the ring today and was blown away by the professional quality repair! It’s stunning and looks fantastic! I can’t wait to see my daughters face when I hand it back! Thank you so much!”
