Olly really knows his stuff and is a piercer with up to date knowledge, not using internally threaded jewellery as many of my previous piercings elsewhere have been performed with... amongst other things. When I needed some longer jewellery to help the piercings sit correctly, Olly put me at ease and changed them for me. I would fully reccomend going to Factotum and booking in with Olly for a piercing, without a shadow of a doubt he's the best in the area and the best piercer I've found.
