We've been a few time and bought different items but this time we were going for our anniversary for something a little more special. The girl that served us was extremely helpful, we found out she had only been there for two weeks. She was friendly and had very good knowledge of products and services. I would recommend highly as their training for staff is clearly top notch."

"Very rude! I went to the shop and was looking at rings for my birthday. The manners were disgusting, I was picking out the one I wanted, my boys were excited to get something for mummy. Then a member of staff took the trays away! No I’m really sorry but we need these trays. Nothing, I was completely pushed aside and made me felt completely in their way! It was utterly horrible. I have never felt to small in my life, certainly not a valued customer now to spend money with them. If you want a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience then this is not the place to go. Maybe I didn’t look like someone about to spend money, as we are a family not a stylish, young or attractive. You should never judge a book by its cover. And manners go a long way. Something that staff should not forget. I got my ring from somewhere else, where they were friend and polite!! I know this lesson it’s something big companies forget but it’s sad the customers become an inconvenience instead of the reason for their business!"
