"I have had many stays there and the 4th floor ER unit nurses were a hit or miss if you got a nice one. Same with USTs and HCTs I got some really lovely ones that took care of me and some were absolutely rude. Other than that I have been on the 11th and 12th floor and 11G is my favorite unit. The nurses there are so lovely and take such good care of their patients"

"Went in around 7:30am. No wait at all. My daughter was seen by numerous nurses and doctors. All very friendly and caring. Even when we ruled out everything serious, they assured me it's better to know for sure and gave me validation. An IV, ultrasound, x-ray, blood draw, urine test, nose swab and 4 hours later we were discharged. We had answers and my daughter was already feeling better after the IV drip and anti-nausea medication. Next time instead of going all over to get answers, Golisano's will be our first point of contact."

"I spent a week at the hospital while my son was being treated. One of those nights being in the ER. Staff is absolutely wonderful here. They're so helpful and you'd be surprised by how many things they have access to to help. I came into the ER with my son for respiratory distress so it didn't bring my pump. Being a breastfeeding mom not only did they provide me with three meals a day but they also provided me with a pump to use in my room. It stayed with me and they stored any breast milk that I bagged. My room had its own bathroom and shower. No shower curtain just kind of weird and the water pressure sucked but hey it's a shower. So I was grateful. I took a picture of the sink that's in my room as well. It's rather large and made it really helpful when it came to washing all of the bottles and pump items. They even provided me with a bottle brush and dish soap. There is a PS4 in the room. I tried turning it on once but couldn't figure out how to get the TV to switch over to it so it didn't really mess with it. Food here is what you would expect from hospital. There are some good options though and they tried to be very accommodating to my Dairy allergy. First night here we spent in the ER. Got to the hospital at about 9:00 a.m. and didn't get a room until the next day around noon. We were in a shared room and even though I was here with my 3-month-old they put him in a regular bed. I had to pay to nurse when I wanted to use the restroom because I was so worried he'd move and fall out. Even with the railings it's very nerve-racking. The room was really small and cramped and it was shared with another family. There was nowhere for me to sleep. Just a small little chair that didn't have arms. And if I wanted to sit in it I was next to the sink. But at the time I know the hospital was packer and i did find myself grateful to at least be in a room. If you are there for your very little babies I recommend getting some links. I brought them and was able to clip them to the crib and it helped him a lot."
