"Ok, so after many dealings with the Syracuse office I am finally posting a review. They surprise me every time, always going beyond any reasonable expectation of what I could reasonably expect. Prompt return calls, professional service. My last call was for flood insurance required by my bank, 1st i received a very reasonable quote but they looked further into it found that the flood maps were revised, contacted my bank and explained WHY I should not need the policy. That saved me thousands and all they got out of it was a Thank You from me in return. Very happy w/this agency and would not look elsewhere."
