"multiple unsolicited calls on a work phone, they've been asked twice now to remove me from their call list. Update, I've received 2 more calls from this company and every time have asked them to stop calling me. Talked to coworkers and they also get unsolicited calls."

"A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. They sold My Employer on a SERP policy and explained it as a way to defer funds and set up a retirement fund with tax only being taken when the funds are withdrawn only to find the funds get pre taxed while contributing as well as being subject to FICA & FUTA taxes when becoming vested. After selling this policy they are now passing the buck to the company who actually handles the account and have no interest in fixing this issue. They also were supposed to be setting up and handling our companies IRA plans which took them over a year to get set up. Once they had us switch and transfer our previous policies they then told us we had to manage these accounts ourselves (I wasn't told this upfront) had I been told this in advance I would've continued looking elsewhere. It's been months and I haven't received any statements nor do I have a clue where any of the money contributed has gone. Unanswered e-mails and phone calls is all I have at this point. Again I repeat avoid these people at all costs, unprofessional & unknowledgeable."

"Reached out to get a disbursement on an investment account. Been over 2 weeks. Jumped through hoops to get this done timely. 1st disbursement documents have to go to 3rd party. TSA. DONE IT. After several "FAX" yes I said fax. Still living in the 80's, no emails accepted. AFTER over a week finally got the documents sent back to Equitable. Supposedly the check mark on the fax was unnoticable. Resent the form for the 4th time. Next day representative said disbursement would be done by 3 business. 15 days later no disbursement. Told today disbursement was not processed. Will be processed within 3 days. Ask to speak to a supervisor, phone hung up. I called back and requested to speak to supervisor. Representative said supervisor will call back. No call back. So I called and made the same request. They said it will be within 24 hours. DON'T WORRY I'LL MAKE SURE EQUITABLE will never be involved in any business dealings EVER. Beware, may be your money. Good luck on getting that disbursement check."

"I’ve never done business here but found a PROV1 with their logo on it at Drumlins and used it to shoot a (+2) 72. They’re good people in my book."
