"In the future, I hope Geico reviews their defensive driving discount program. For customers looking to complete this program to get up to 10% off their premium. Let me tell you, it is not worth it. I was told I would save $30 each billing period which was every 6 months so a total savings of $60 a year. Once I completed the program which was 6 hours long, Geico said they could only do a discount of $19 every 6 months which was not even a 10% discount. This company’s representatives cannot communicate appropriately and gives customers false information. I spent more on the course than the discount I am receiving."
