"I been going to Garden OBGYN for 3 years and they have been ok. Clean, service was good until 2 days ago. I did not have any more birth control, and I contacted the office, the patience portal, two managers for two days straight because it was urgent and I needed it asap. They kept on telling me the doctor will call you etc. Never got a call from doctor and I felt like I was completely ignored on a service that needed attention. Overall, very disappointed with the service!"

"The actual procedure was comfortable (or as comfortable as it can be!) I do wish I was alerted to the presence of med students earlier - it was a bit disarming to walk into a room with several other people ready to watch. The practitioners also didn’t seem to know if I was going in for a local anesthetic or general anesthesia. Otherwise the staff was professional and made sure I was comfortable!"

"Dr. Mazlin is a wonderful man and gynecologist. All the professionals, nurses, staff etc. are efficient, kind and made my visit as pleasant as a visit to a doctor can be. I was sent several reminders of my appointment. That was very helpful. My visit was thorough, comprehensive and detailed. Thank you."

"Had the worst experience at this office. The first time I came here I was due for my annual which is completely covered by insurance. I paid my copay for the office visit and then was also charged for an ultrasound. NOW, three months later I’m getting calls from lab corp asking me for more money on top of that. Second, I called multiple times after my appointment and even put in requests for urgent call backs from my doctor. I received a call back about two months after my visit, which was also the call to “discuss my results.” Third, I had to have a minor procedure done and I made a last minute emergency same day appointment. I called them BEFORE I travelled an hour to their office to make sure they have a provider in that day that is able to do it. They told me they do and after I was seen they told me they actually don’t and I have to come back three days later. The front desk lady was super apologetic (just not very helpful). The next day I get a prescription for antibiotics sent to me which I wasn’t told about nor was it discussed which I find very unprofessional. Sounds like they just wanted to charge my insurance. Overall, I had multiple bad experiences with them in a very short period of time. Nothing positive to say so don’t waste your time here."
