"I wonder how they sleep at night. It’s been exactly one year since I lost my loved one because of their negligence, mistakes and lack of knowledge, and it doesn’t get better for me! I pray nobody will ever need these so called doctors because I don’t trust them. I don’t trust the hospitals, the system anymore because of them. They act with so called protocol and they don’t see real problem of the patient. confusing symptoms of different things with the side effects. Shame!"

"Absolutely horrendous care. Dr. Ben Neeler should have never been accepted into medical school and much less certified by the board given the hatred he holds for Arabs and Muslims. People of colour will never be safe seeking care at that establishment and he should very well have his license removed for posting such abhorrent statements about Palestinians and Muslims. What an utter embarrassment he has made of this health center and NYU as a whole - I have advised my entire family and friends to transfer their charts and never return to his care or anyone else that he supervises. Such an embarrassment for NYU and the healthcare world as a whole."

"Dr. Neel has posted Islamophobic and anti-Arab rhetoric on social media and it really concerns me that he is still the head of this center. How is that acceptable? I’m worried about his Muslim and Arab patients."

"I would like to give them 5 stars because the doctors, nurses , radiologist and even the valet are all fantastic here however, the receptionists on the 8th floor are extremely unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. They are always chit-chating about their personal lives and lack professionalism. They do not greet patients or even acknowledge their presence when they come in and do not even bother to assist patients with check in or check them in for that matter."

"My dad was treated by another doctor at this cancer center for many years. The doctor and staff were great, with prompt patient response and follow ups, but he stopped seeing patients so my dad was referred to another doctor in the building. She has stood up phone appointments with my dad TWICE! Good luck trying to call her office.. even at the rare chance of reaching her assistant, follow ups are non existent. There is zero respect for patients' wellbeing and time. If you're considering this place, you may want to consider elsewhere."
