"ER is disgusting, pieces of insulation are pulling out of the walls. Floors are hardly kept up on. There’s no bed space. Only for those who are spending the night there to stay warm. Ridiculous never going back."

"Physical therapy; I love this department! I have had pt at Beth Israel but your pt is far and away better than theirs! I was amazed at how carefully Jacob did my evaluation. He has managed to target my problems with movement of my broken shoulder and has already started to improve my mobility and strength. I only wish that the hospital would enlarge this department so that you could accommodate more patients! Excellent care…..Thank you!"

"Bellevue Hospital is my go to for healthcare! They have ALWAYS provided healthcare for me especially during times when I was very sick and uninsured. The asthma, adult medicine, ENT, orthopedics and pharmacy teams are top notch and truly care about patients! I’m forever grateful for their service to EVERYONE regardless of race, gender, or religious beliefs. They do their best to ensure quality healthcare is being provided with limited staffing and resources! For good reason they’re world renowned."

"Last Dec 22, 2023, I went to the ER and Dr. Eunice Armato-Barone attended to me. She has great Bedside manners. She explained the treatment plan for me clearly. I was apprehensive about doing the cat scan because I need to get to work at 5 pm and I know with these procedures there's a long queue. She assured me that she will do her best effort for me to get done before that time and she did. These was the fastest emergency visit I had in this hospital. I checked in at 12 and I was out at 3:30 pm. I would also like to commend the staff who checked me in, the nurses, the transport people and the CAT scan staff. They were all kind, helpful and very efficient. I would have rated them 5 star but their bathrooms are disgusting and the waiting time at the pharmacy is just too long 2 hrs tops that's why i I opted to pick up my meds the next day. Anybody coming from the emergency who is sick would have passed out because of the long wait. They may have cut down on staff because the pharmacy used to be efficient."
