"Amazing experience, when we arrived everything was fast and on point. Hospital is beautiful with advanced technology. You can tell this hospital has money $$$. Staff are dope and seem to be focus on their work. Food was close to restaurant quality with beef short ribs as a main. The place was super clean, I seen the cleaning crew clean the bathrooms every 30 min (in the ER) They keep you updated via text on the procedure of your love ones. Security was excellent, checking bags and keeping the place safe. I love it so much I’m getting a primary doctor here."

"Terrible ER, do not go here unless you really have to. I was sent here by my PCP and already the moment I got to the registration area I should have just left. The place was packed, it took almost another hour to be brought back and given a chair in the main ER that looked like Penn station at rush hour. There was a lot of chaos and confusion, a physicians assistant came to speak with me briefly and then my nurse came to start an IV on me. My nurse was very pleasant and tried to make the best of the situation. I sat there for another 3 hours before an actual doctor came to speak to me, at this point I was still waiting for a CT scan. There was a screaming patient, a violent one and just general anxiety inducing chaos. I chose to discharge myself because in 5 hours I had barely been attended to. This wouldn’t be my first choice of hospitals, worst first experience! The two stars are for my nurse"

"This hospital is 20 mins walk from NYPenn station. Very good atmosphere and very strict for visitors. My uncle got his surgery done at this location and he is doing well now. Great place and very safe, clean and hygenic. I strongly recommend this hospital for any neurological visits…."

"I gave birth here and let’s say I can’t wait to do it again. They were the best 3 days of my life. Everyone was amazing especially the nurses. They deserve all their roses. Everything went smoothly thanks to them. Their professionalism and care was above and beyond. They answered all my questions and respected all my concerns when I was in labor. In the most vulnerable moments they knew how to comfort me. The midwife I had was knowledgeable and encouraged me when I wanted to give up. She told me you are going to see your baby really soon you are almost there trust me and minutes later there he was :). My delivering doctor was Dr. Andrew Gardner another gem I highly recommend. If you are pregnant look no further this is the place to go. They also had a photographer on the second day taking pictures to capture my new little family. I appreciated the fact that they only allowed two visitors. In those beautiful first days all you need is your spouse and your baby to bond. I had an ensuite room and had all the privacy I needed. I got to choose my 3 meals a day and had open fridge if I needed extra. They also restocked if I ran out of any postpartum things I needed and I got a goodie bag to. I returned this frida mom postpartum recovery kit I got from my baby shower because the stuff I got from the hospital was way better."
