"MFM is an INCREDIBLE practice!! Would recommend to anyone! The doctors are all super compassionate, empathetic and highly knowledgeable. This was my 3rd child and first time with this practice- it was the best pregnancy care and delivery of all my children. I am forever grateful to this practice, especially Dr. Fox and Dr. Melka (who delivered me!) for helping us bring our child into the world all while reassuring me and being on top of risk factors during pregnancy. Look no further than MFM!!"

"Drs here are really good but the billing staff is atrocious. I went here for my second pregnancy. I saw different drs at every visit. I only went for my standard prenatal visits. Nothing else. I often mentioned that I had a toddler at home who was constantly getting sick. I was concerned as I was catching everything he had so I always let the OB know this to make sure nothing I was battling would affect my pregnancy. Because of this I was billed as a sick visit even though it was a prenatal appointment covered in full by my insurance. Every time I called to have this fixed I was met with push back saying per the drs notes I discussed an illness not related to pregnancy so it’s considered a regular visit not prenatal. What’s the point of a prenatal visit if you can’t ask questions and voice concerns ? I had to get really combative to have this fixed even though these were standard prenatal appointments and there was nothing out of the ordinary with my pregnancy. It’s a shame because the drs here are really good but the billing dept is a headache. I have since switched obs since giving birth because of this. I’m sure they will comment on this, but this was my experience with this practice."

"I visited this clinic a couple times over a year ago and had some routine lab tests done during my last visit. Several days after, the doctor called to tell me my lab results. She only had about 10 minutes to talk, so when I had a few more questions, she said we could schedule another quick call for her to explain more. She made it sound like this was just a quick callback to discuss the results, but the clinic billed this as an “in-person visit” and charged me the full $120 copay…"
