"As a passenger, I needed to find a place to purchase a jacket and helmet for a weekend trip and this place popped up. It’s my first time buying gear, so I was super hesitant and nervous about walking in here by myself. Initially, I did a quick search on their website and reserved a few pieces to try on and purchase if I was happy with them. However, when I got to the store, that all changed. I ended up trying various pieces and left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. Staff was welcoming and super helpful, especially Jordan. Since I wasn’t sure how jackets or helmets should fit, she was able to guide me through the store and offer advice on how gear fits and all of their features. Although it was a little busy, Jordan made sure to check up on me and answer any questions I had regarding equipment. She even mentioned that if there’s something in store that I really liked, but they didn’t have my size in stock, they could have the item expedited to their store. By the end of my visit, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The staff are super knowledgeable of their products and are able to make recommendations for alternative pieces to fit your budget. I definitely recommend this store to anyone, especially first timers, looking for gear."
