"The staff at Blue Pearl are always kind and empathetic. It’s clear they know people who come in are already stressed and they want to make the experience as painless as possible. The receptionist referred to people’s pets as their “babies” which truly warmed my heart and the nurses and doctors were incredibly friendly and respectful. I’m glad Blue Pearl is an option even if I wish I didn’t have an emergency warranting a visit."

"The MOST Horrible Experience happened today. They take Pets in critical condition even if you came first and your Pet is also in critical condition. Took my Dog into this Vet earlier today. Took him in about 4pm and they told me it was a 2-3 hour wait. After checking my Dogs vitals after 2 hours they told me to wait for the Vet who should be out shortly. I started noticing people that walked in getting checked before me. I told the receptionist, that it is now after 9pm and I been waiting for 5 hours already. She went to the back to ask the Vet how long and they said another hour or so. At this point, me and my dog has been waiting 5 hours and we are both tired and hungry. I kindly asked the receptionist if we can see the Vet sooner and she came back and the Vet said “they are seeing pets in critical condition only and you are welcomed to leave.” Worst customer service and I was never able to see the vet for my very sick dog because it wasn’t critical enough and they determined others coming in after was more critical. Shaking my head, do not go to this Vet unless you want a Horrible experience!"

"I came here as an emergency with my dog who had suddenly been experiencing seizures. All of the doctors and nurses that I met with/spoke to over the phone were amazing. They took amazing care of my dog, their bedside manner was appropriate and appreciated, everyone was thorough, informative and open to all of my questions and concerns. My dog came out very happy and I could tell she had been in the hands of those who actually care and love animals. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here if ever in an emergency."

"I brought my friends cat in yesterday and they were a big help. Waiting period was long I came at 745pm and saw doctor around 1230am and left at 130am. However doctor took nearly 30mins answering all the questions and examining my friends cat Sammy. Also today went in to pick Sammy after hospitalization overnight. Vet tech was super friendly, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this place."
