"The bad reviews and the responses to the bad reviews speak for itself. Dr. Ali does not take responsibility for what goes wrong in his clinic. I brought in my cat for a dental cleaning on Jan 4th and at night when I went to pet my cat, I felt his head weird. It had a crunch, popping feeling to it. I thought it was a bit weird because I've never felt that before so I googled it and it said something about subcutaneous emphysema. The next day, I go and pet his body and it is the same crunchy feeling so I start to get more worried. I also saw that his abdomen area was bigger.I called the clinic first thing Saturday morning to make sure it wasn't something serious and the receptionists who answered had told me to hold while she spoke to the doctor when she returned to the call she said bring him in as a walk- in Monday morning. I ended up in the ER with a big bill and when I went to speak to Dr. Ali Saturday of the following week he said he didn't recall that call and that my cat could have suffered head trauma when he got home, that he did the teeth cleaning himself and everything went well. And if I was looking to get some money back he was not going to give me money. I brought him all the paperwork from the other hospital in which my cat was seen and he said he would take a look and call me back Monday and until now I have not heard back from him. All I wanted was an explanation of what went wrong that day and yes I would like a refund because my cat was perfectly find before I brought him in for the dental cleaning. But I know damn well I am not getting anything. Thankfully my cat didn't need surgery and he is alive and doing much better. To make it clear I never diagnosed my cat. I went to a hospital where there is professional people that could diagnose him. And I never asked you for money. I wrote down that Yes I would of liked a refund but I didn't ask for one. And like you said to me on the phone " what goes around comes around". My cat did get diagnosed with subcutaneous emphysema. They said it could of been a possible tear."

"A few months ago, I brought two of my cats to see Dr. Ali and received exceptional service. My wait time was 10-15 minutes and he examined both cats thoroughly. He didn’t recommend any unnecessary tests and the total cost was about $100 less than other vets. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a new vet for their pets."

"A great place and definitely lowcost. Although I'm from Brooklyn, there is no low cost around here, but coming all the way here was worth it. For a bill that couldve easily turned into hundreds and hundreds of dollars, only summed up to $200 (3 medicines, a shot, and other things in the clinic). I noticed the negative reviews and was kind of wary, but they really just dont tolerate disrespect. Give the same reapect as you would want to be given, obviously. They are very nice people! I went in with my partner on November 16 and they handled my cats, Chini and Shona very well. The process was quick. Dr. Ali and his assistant were very nice, informative, and patient. Any questions and he'll answer it. I was able to understand everything for my 3 and 5 month old kittens. Thank you so much for your services. I'd love to come back here. Asalam walaikum!"
