"At first I thought Dr. Monaco was great until my cat started to get sick. Then I realized she never gives a definitive answer. She just keeps requiring more tests and more tests with no answers. And she gives text book answers and when asked her to explain in layman’s terms she can’t or just refuses to. She just talks in circles and keeps saying we need more testing. I asked her at what point does my cat need fluids, her answer was you can give it to her if you want. Feeling fed up I took my pet to another vet. The vet said my cat needs fluids. Why didn’t Dr. Monaco tell me this?! What kind of a vet tells you, you can give it if you want to?! You’re the vet you have to tell me what’s the right thing to do!!! She’s only good if your pet is healthy. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Oh and covid is over but she won’t let you in the exam room. She takes the pets in the back behind closed doors when other vets are not doing this."
