"Today was my first visit at the Upstate Women's Healthcare and I was so pleased. All of their staff were so welcoming. The nurse and doctors were very thorough and explained things very well. I'm happy I finally have a new Gynocologist I plan to be seeing for years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for the wonderful care."

"Sorry for the long details. I had to have a biopsy. The doctor was great as was the nurse. I could not have to biopsy due to extreme pain, so they said the hospital would call me in a couple of days to have it done under Anastasia. Over a week later, I started calling and was promised callbacks same day five or six times. I’ve never gotten one so finally a few days ago I called and would not hang up without assistance. I was laughed at, called names and hung up on 12 times. Then I was told that I was abusive because I was unhappy. I need a biopsy, this is not a game. I am in horrible pain tonight, which is why I’m writing this at 2 AM. They did not care. They finally called Upstate police on me for calling 12 times. If they have cared for me properly I would’ve only had to call once, but we are calling a call center and they just don’t care. it doesn’t matter! I was actually sworn at once and when I reacted with the same behavior after 4 1/2 hours of abuse, I hear that I am the abusive one because of my reaction. The chief of police said she would have the Director call me, but I have heard nothing, the only call back I ever got was from them was with somebody in customer relations. What a laugh. She called me solely to holler at me and tell me what a horrible human being I am! I was actually in tears and she did not care. She just called me filthy names and hung up on me. This place should be shut down."

"I had Melanie as my doctor for my first 2 pregnancies and she is the best doctor I ever had , I love somewhere else now so unfortunately I can't see her anymore but if you go here I definitely recommend Melanie if she still works here."

"Melanie pitts was my doctor, I went through two miscarriage and was confused the whole time. There was no care or compassion. After the first miscarriage I was not offer any counseling which looking back I know I desperately needed, and I never heard from her again until my next pregnancy. It was like “oh so sorry for your loss”. Foolishly I went back instead of looking for a new doctor. Going through my second pregnancy I felt like I had a uti I got urine test that came back negative. Later on in the month I got a letter saying they had been trying to reach me for a year and I have some type of infection. I freaked out calling the office. Multiple nurses told me different things that weren’t true just to find out they sent the letter to the wrong person, and that I had no infection. One time in particular I had a lot going on with my hormones that cause me to have some breaking out in the vaginal area. When she looked down there she said “oh yea thats yucky”. I was mortified. I later found out I was having another miscarriage. I broke down crying. They gave me a wellness chart that i purposely stated that I was depressed. At that point she brought a counselor in to help. My next visit was with a man doctor that I had never seen in all of my two years of going to them.that made me very uncomfortable. I felt like I was being avoided. From then On out any communication was strictly through the nurses. Which wasn’t the case before. That was my last straw!!! I had to reach out to her to let her know how she made me feel through your the last few years. There was no apology or anything. It’s as if she didn’t even hear what I was saying on a person to person note. I do not recommend this doctor. I will not be returning to this office ever again!!!!"

"Just had my first gyn appointment with Melanie, a N.P. and she is truly a delight! Informative and understanding! Very professional environment and considerate staff! I will be returning for my yearly visits, I couldn't ask for a better experience."
