"HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. They have a system; You call and listen to the prompts. After 20 seconds someone will answer and ask you to hold, before you could answer yes, your on hold for about 2- 3 min. If your lucky, they have the part and you order it. They promise to deliver and never do? you have to call back for them to tell you the part or delivery never made it. Nice way to run a company! Now you've missed your dead line too. Happen's 8 out of 10 times."
