"Not even the one to write reviews but this location service is the upmost worst!! Delt with the SM twice and both times was very rude(even hanging up on people on the phone while mid conversion with me) I purchased a battery 4months and it was defective. Which I had to take my car to the dealership due to the lack of help from this location. He tested and it's bad but only offered another battery which is ridiculous ‼️(not even a credit). Up yall customer service !!!"

"Went to the store to exchange an item ordered online for the correct part. The cashier seemed unsure what exchanges were. Then was told they didn't have the item... so I asked to return the items instead. Was told I can't return the items and the reason was "I don't know why"."

"This store is horrible! The managers specialize in avoiding work. They are always reeling you the battery charger doesn’t work and what parts they don’t have without even looking even though online it’s says it’s ik stock in the store. They do not value customers or give any assistance. The vibe is terrible and I will avoid ALL AutoZoned based on this I’ll see about Napa or advanced auto Wish zero stars was an option"

"I stopped in for a quick purchase of auto oil and wasn't familiar with the store as it's my first time at this location. I made a mistake and gave Michael G. the wrong name for the oil... his response was mocking my error. Then he proceeded to tell me that there's a whole wall filled with the oil and he didn't have time for me. Mind you, I was the last person on the line. I asked him what the problem was, and he continued to be dismissive and rude. Way to go, autozone. Customer service rep Michael G . loves his job.... Notttt!"
