I had to replace my low voltage battery and some other things and everything was resolved especially I want to think David the service technician that took take care of everything. He was extremely nice, polite and professional. He explained me everything in details and gave me tips how to use Tesla properly when it gets cold. Plus while I was waiting Another person offered me a test drive of model X which I did and now I’m thinking to purchase one. Thanks again I’m very happy."

"At first I was worried about picking up my Model Y from this location based off the bad reviews. Communication could've been better leading up to delivery day as I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the specific Brooklyn location. However, on delivery day it was a smooth process and they answered all of the questions I had. It wasn't crowded at all for a Saturday at 2:30pm. It took maybe 1.5 hours start to finish. They don't have designated parking, so we just took an Uber there to solve that problem. Overall it was a pleasant experience!"

"Had a great experience picking up our new Model Y, and want to give a well-deserved shoutout to Gabriel V and the entire team at the BK location! For those who don’t know, Tesla’s direct to consumer model is a refreshing experience to the whole car buying process. Not only are you cutting out the middle man and their necessary markup, there’s no haggling, hunting for inventory, or hours and hours wasted on the sales floor. Even better, since their are no franchises, you can buy a Tesla on your phone or computer with zero human interaction, pay the deposit with Apple Pay, and the Tesla app will guide you through all the paperwork (drivers licenses, proof of insurance, registration, transferring plates, etc) so you can chip away at everything while your car is in production. Once the car is ready for pickup you’re in and out within a half hour. Going back to Gabriel, we told him we were precious Tesla owners and coming off a 2019 Model 3. He was quick to adjust our orientation to the 2023 Model Y so it was more of a “what’s new” rather than a full soup to nuts lesson. Much appreciated! Gabriel was very knowledgeable and was great with our kids as well. Overall another great Tesla purchase and kudos to the whole Brooklyn team for a smooth experience!"

"Such a great experience! Our advisor was very friendly and helpful. She fully understood our QC concerns and explained why the car had minor spots of dirt underneath. (Cars are driven over a dirt road from the port to the center) She even recommended us some good cleaning products for the car! Overall the car was in great condition. Right now is a good time to buy a Tesla!"
