"Today I went to get a part for my truck, on the commercial counter I asked the guy to check the part, and he told me that they didn't have the part in the store when I asked him can he could check the surrounding store he found one in the store on Utica ave. I asked home can I pay here and pick it up there he said yes but it should be paid in cash because it's a commercial account. I asked him the price he told me to pay in cash would be $ 143. I went to the auto zone on Utica Ave. I got the part and paid through my credit card and they did t ask me to pay in cash and the cost was $113.99. I came back to the mechanic and found out that the part was not needed as he told me on the phone. After fixing my truck the mechanic told me to return the part to the auto zone. I went again to this location as it was close to me. I met the same guy on the counter. He was busy with the register taking money out and putting it back leaving some on the side and then opening the register putting in the money and taking some more. I realized that he was not closing the shift. I asked about my return. He looked at me and kept himself busy with what he was doing. Then after a few minutes, he told me that I could not return it because I had not bought it here and I should go to the store on Utica Ave. I told him that this was not right because earlier you had been asking me to pay here and pick it up at the other store and even you were charging me more. But he refused to take and it cost me 35 minutes to go back and return it there and cost me another 40 minutes to come back to this location. You need to do something to look into this matter. If you have a camera system it was about 3 pm today."

"I called to see if they had a part, they said yes, it will be $12.99. It was $11.99 on Amazon, so I said I will come (support local!!!) When I got there "oh we are sorry, we only have the $19.99 version." I hate being lied to."
