"Decent Italian place with some gluten free options. Cute location on East Rochester’s Main Street with street parking and public lot (free) near by. Plenty of space inside and out but the building did seem a little like a mash up of spaces. The food was fine. Nothing over the top but not terrible. The gluten free crust was fine, but not amazing. There were a lot of people there enjoying their time. Just not my favorite Italian place. Service was slow. It was busy, but there was still a lack of communication about what was happening or why things took so long (had to remake the gf pizza)."
"This was our first time dining here, what a great Italian restaurant. The food and service was excellent. My wife had the manicotti and I had the cioppino, and the mussels, scallops, and clams were cooked perfectly some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for true authentic Italian food. We will definitely be going back."
"Wonderful server. Bread was delicious. Salad was good. I had the Lemoncello chicken and it was pretty good but a little on the bitter lemony side. Lobster Florentine was good but not wow. The pork osso buco was good. The scallop risotto was definitely not a hit. Restaurant was extremely loud."
"Fine Italian dining. Homemade pasta, great bolognese meat sauce, and the appetizers are excellent. Flavors are spot on (although light on the salt which I like). They have a great selection of martini's as well. A little expensive, and the dining area is loud, but worth a try on a special occasion."
"We were in Rochester for our Sunday wedding and suddenly had more guests come in earlier than expected and wanted to have dinner together. Lemoncello were so gracious to allow us to change our reservation of 10 to 27 with only a days notice! Our server, Carolyn, was efficient, kind, and personable - she's amazing! The food was incredible - I highly recommend the Chicken Marsala or any of the pizzas! They even congratulated my fiance and I with a complimentary cannoli! Our guests ranged from my 12 year old nephew to my 73 yr old mother-in-law and everyone left happy! We had people with limited mobility, dietary restrictions and preferences (Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan) and everyone was accommodated. Thank you, Lemoncello, for helping make our special weekend perfect!"
