"I just have to commend the employees at this store. I was having trouble using the app to place my order. So I came in the store to order in person. Not only did the shift manager make sure that I was satisfied in the order was correct, but she also helped me to figure out the app. Since the store has nothing to do with the app, I was very pleased by how helpful and professional she was. Well my food was being prepared a error happened at the drive-thru. The crew was able to handle that error make my food and deal with a third customer in the lobby who was being very rude to everybody in the store while talking on his cell phone. All the employees acted very professional and did a wonderful job."

"This Burger King OWES ME A REFUND, but won't answer their phone!! We ordered a chicken wrap which is $2.99 and they charged us for a chicken sandwich which is $10. Apparently there was no one on staff that night that could issue a refund so they gave us a card with the contact number on it. I have been calling the number on the card everyday for 5 days and they have no answered nor have they returned any of my messages. There was one day where someone finally answered, however she could not get in contact with the restaurant to issue my refund and she said she would call me back but I have heard nothing. This is ridiculous that I have to chase around to try to get my money back!!"

"Always good food and a friendly faces. This specific burger king by the Fairport Wegmans is great. I usually go through the drive through and they are always friendly and the food is hot. The managers are good. This is much better than the one down in Penfield, but luckily their lousy attitude there pushed me to go this one, so it worked out well!"

"Food is great . Amazing cashier guy name Golden . But the restrooms are disgusting. Paper towel dispensers are empty . Toilet filthy , dust all over the place , sink literally black , floor dirty and sticky . Just take a look at the pics."

"Josh, the manager does a great job and I’ve been coming here every other day or so as my work is close by and I’m blown away by the difference between this Burger King and the other ones in Rochester. Today I was helped by Karen who lived up to the standard I’ve seen set. I will definitely be coming here more often now that I see repetitive high standards in cleanliness, atmosphere, staff, dependability, and an overall positive dining experience."
