"All the memorabilia in the walls is super cool. In the past I have had good experience with service, however that was not the case this last visit. Our waitress was very rarely around the appetizer we ordered to come out first. Came out last and getting refills on her drinks was way more of a chore than it should be. The whole point of having a server is to get service somehow. This got lost in translation on our last visit. Food wise was a little better. However the constant price increases over the last few years versus the lack of increase in portion or quality is very disappointing. $22 for a pizza that's as thin as a piece of paper and half of it is charred. Aka burnt is just not a good time. The $20 boneless wing platter came with about 10 pieces of chicken, a cup, and a half of the blendless maxelge you've ever had and eight waffle fries. Paul, we've had services use at the location in Webster. The East Rochester location has always been on point for us both food and service wise. Unfortunately they're just not keeping up these days."

"Been to East Rochester location many times. Always a great experience. The service is always great, especially at the bar. The pizza is my absolute favorite in the Rochester area. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the incredibly obnoxious and stupid recently-imposed surcharge on credit cards. Like most people I almost always use a credit card to pay for dining out. It’s ridiculous for Ferrari’s to charge customers to use their charge cards. I understand that each run of a credit card costs the restaurant but, sorry, that’s the price of doing business — just like the restaurant’s employee payroll, payment to vendors, rent, and utility bills. What’s next? Should I pay a portion of the establishment’s electric bill too? Unconscionable. I refuse to pay for YOUR bills, or your “cost of doing business.” And the worst part is, it keeps me from coming back more often. When I feel inclined to go to Ferrari’s I’ve gotta say to myself, “Oh yeah. I don’t have enough cash in my wallet. I’ll go somewhere else that *doesn’t* charge me to use my credit card.” Which sucks for me and sucks for you. Please, please reconsider this absurd policy of punishing loyal customers. Thank you."

"The car is really cool inside and very nice waitress. Pretty good food and fun place to visit. They have a real Ferrari inside and a statue guy in the window. Definitely would recommend."

"We had our son's birthday party here with six adults and a toddler. We had a few different pizzas and some wings family style. The food was excellent. Our server was great. She was attentive and friendly. There is a genuine Ferrari automobile on display. Enjoyable experience, we will be back!"
