"Worst experience in any dental office. Receptionist are super rude and unprofessional! Guary really doesn’t care about pt needs also she neglects pt care which I’m not getting into but just to get you to understand the point. Kathy is super rude by hanging up when while still trying to communicate and get services done. Joyce the receptionist “manager” not sure how true that is refused to speak with patients and suggests to call at a later time without taking the moment to find out what are the needs of the pt. If this is how this place runs it should be shut down immediately! Place definitely needs and audit all around no way professional managers are allowing a business such as to be running. Save yourself time, hassle, and frustrations by coming to this place. I suggest you don’t even consider this place it’s disgusting !!! Update*** Nothing has changed with this location still bad management Joyce it’s totally not reasonable with expectation needs and service. If I can give this place less than a star I would!"

"I was assigned to this dental office and I called to make an appointment after asking me for all my personal information and even though I have a card from Aetna confirming I am assigned to their office I still couldn’t get an appointment, was told to call back the next day, please be careful with this place especially that they ask you for your personal information and you spend at least 20 minutes on the phone and still can’t get an appointment I called my insurance company and logged a complaint right away . Very unprofessional I switched to another dental clinic right away."

"Dr..Ortenberg refused to treat my son, who suffers from Asperger's syndrome, and is "in desperate need of dental care" by his own words, because I caught him in the act of interrogating my 18 year old. He was grilling him about tooth numbers? Who knows tooth numbers? He didn't realize I was there , I had just returned from the bathroom. "What tooth numbers are we working on?", "I don't know..", "Don't you know what you're here for?" I stepped in and stated gently that "I know." He seemed guilty now, defensive and nervous with me, asked me what I was doing there, as if I didn't have the right. (I was invited in by the receptionist.) He then asked me the same questions, which I answered, My son was there was there for a tooth extraction and a root canal. Dr's ego bruised, and with nothing else transpiring, he then asked if my son had latex allergies, examined my son and concurred. I had no other interaction with him, and he examined my son. Why even examine him if i had behaved so badly? I did not act disrespectful in any way. I contend that his ego was bruised. He then proceeded to tell the receptionist his findings, finishing with the fact that he will not see my son. I was shocked, and asked why. He then implied it was because i had an attitude? Anyone would be furious catching him bullying a defenseless scared kid, but i was composed. We just received a letter were removed from the practice Concerned Dental care, where I have been a patient. I just spent 4 hours two weeks prior to have xrays and an exam of my own, with a different Dr and now I cant even be seen. CDC was supposed to submit my diagnosis to the insurance company and they didnt even after with two weeks passed since my exam, and before the incident with Dr. Ortenberg We feel target by Dr Ortenberg. My son was referred by the ER and still suffers, and we have not found a dentist who within 100 miles. This man was supposed to be professional, courteous, supportive of my son, who was scared. Instead he was really rude, defensive, petty, unprofessional and ultimately cruel. there are no other endodontists so now my son will probably lose the tooth Dr Ortenberg was supposed to do a root canal on. I remind you he is 18 and now probably requires implants. Thanks to the good Dr. No patient(s) should ever be treated this way, turned away for no reason. This is not anonymous, if I'm lying well he would have recourse. I'm not. I want any publicity for this incident. I have filed a filed a complaint with my insurance company , Health First #85988580. I hope there is accountability here."

"Concerned dental care more like CONCERNING DENTAL PRACTICE. If you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed DONT BOTHER calling them. The ladies have you on hold for 30 mins. The worst part is the fact that lady on the phone said the Dr. will charge you 365$ to add an unnecessary step to the wisdom teeth procedure (per tooth). The lady said he adds bone to help the holes heal however NO INSURANCE COVERS IT. I told them I don't need it but said it's how the DR does it."
