"Their office is only open 2 days a week, and nearly all of the appointments I have been able to make the dentist has been half an hour late or more. Since I have work starting in the early afternoon, this has resulted in several missed appointments. The last time I was there, for a 10 am appointment, a dentist other than the one I was there to see opened the door at 10:05 - after stopping in Dunkin Donuts next door. The 10:30 was seen first, and my dentist - once again - didn't show. On top of that, they either did a poor job of explaining the difference between the crowns, or they did a good job of making it sound like I would have to pay $350 out of pocket. They explained the zirconium upgrade without making it clear that it was discrete from the porcelain crown, which would have been fully covered and would not have been a bacteria hazard. I didn't find all of this out until I was looking for a new dentist. Fortunately, the crown was never put in - it was about the only silver lining to their tardy habits. On the whole, if I can't trust them to keep an appointment or give me clear, accurate information, then you shouldn't trust them to even look in your mouth - let alone do any poking around in there."

"NO STARS. This dentist office was TERRIBLE. When I say TERRIBLE I truly mean it. The dentist was unprofessional, disrespectful, and DISCRIMINATORY. Do not go here. This was my first visit and after waiting for 45 minutes, I sat in the chair to be told that I needed a root canal and a filling WITHOUT even actually seeing my teeth. While taking my x-rays, they made so many mistakes I had to take the scans 10x for the same side. The dentist said he cannot take my Fidelis Dental Plan. I had called prior to appointment and was assured they took by Fidelis Dental.He said I needed to pay upfront or he could not provide me services. I walked out. NEVER GO HERE. This place is disgusting, and outdated for a dentist office. He is a fraudulent and discriminatory and treats his staff poorly."

"Horrible. Worst dentist I have ever gone to. He messed up my root canal, I got a terrible infection (he got mad at me for getting an infection and was very disrespectful) and after he finished the crown I had to replace it a year later because it kept in falling off so obviously I had to go to a different dentist who was great"

"I have had an overall negative experience with this office. I have made appointments for my whole family to do basic cleanings and once we have gotten to the office we were made to wait two and a half hours to be seen. This has happened more than once. Its always a different dentist when we go. They tend to be amateur with little experience. They have a policy that if you cancel more than once even if it is in advance (before your appointment time) they charge you $25. Talk about hard up. I stopped coming to this office once because of these unprofessional, inefficient and desperate practices. I ended up giving them another chance after a year and a half because the office is so close to me and its convenient and NOTHING has changed. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy."

"08/06/2018 I just called asking if walk-ins are being accepted. Phone rep says "only for ER". My son has an emergency, do you have an opening? "No, not today". Apparently they have too many patients to even care if they can help others or not. Because their customer service sucks."
