"Dr Volker's office is filled with excellent dentists. Dr Volker takes the time to understand the problem and discuss the possible solutions with the reasonings behind it. The office is very clean, the front desk assistant is attentive, and professional. The dental hygienist (Chandra I think) is through, kind, and gentle. I have to say, after a few bad experiences, I was hesitant to find an office based on Google Reviews. This dental office is practicing with the highest excellence, and I gladly recommend it to anyone. P.S.: On my first visit, I was in the waiting area filled with fear, making myself to be as small as possible. When a different dentist (Dr Chung, I believe) walked by me, he stopped and took time to ask if I was OK. I was very pleasantly surprised by that simple question. It just showed me that they CARE."
