"This office has been a God Send to my family! My son who is on the spectrum has been really terrified of the dentist in general but this is truly a magical place where the dentists and staff are incredible! They work so well with children of all ages! I do not have one negative thing to say. Just please be patient with them! They are popular so allow time in advance to book but they will help with emergencies. The office manager is great! She really makes you feel welcomed and is so knowledgeable! We feel blessed to have found Astoria Smiles! It is no longer a painful experience to see the dentist!"

"Not a good experience here unfortunately. First issue is I went for an appt at 12.15 and was not seen by the Dr until 13.15 but no big issue for me. Next, it seemed there was some miscommunication with the previous patient on insurance and what he had done which sounded like it was going to be a problem in the future but again not my business. Thirdly the prices online are very deceptive - $850+ for Molar RCT it says. The Dr quoted me $2000 for the RCT. Quite significantly different from $850+. I think it's because I have an infection and he was hoping I'd just pay it. He also knocked the tooth roughly, perhaps he would say to perform some kind of test, it felt to me like he was trying to cause tooth pain to pressure me into accepting the high price. I've never had another dentist whack the tooth. Total quote was $3350 for 1 tooth - Root canal, post, crown. I don't know why anyone in the US would do this- I'm flying abroad, having a vacation, and getting the work done in a supermodern dental facility all for less than half that cost. There was no real examination of the rest of my teeth and I had to point out decay to the Dr on another tooth and ask whether it would need RCT, which he said yes to but not right now?? It did not fill me with confidence. It's a small independent practice, not modern or fancy, I have to say the reception staff were very nice. I have requested my x-rays and been blanked, despite being legally entitled to copies! UPDATE - I wrote this a few weeks back, I've just returned from Mexico. It's just worlds apart in quality and care. The specialist Endodontist also found that I had 4 canals, not 3 as this Dr said. The state of the art facility uses computer assisted microscopic endodontics for RCT. Then a specialist prosthodontist uses CAD engineering software to design the crown. Oh btw this cost less than half the NYC quote INCLUDING flights and accommodation. If you're in America you need to avoid poor quality practices here and just go to Mexico. State of the art facilities, better care, nice location (I did Cancun), half the price, even less if you need a few things doing. Worlds apart!"

"Dr. Singh Is very experienced and will make sure any procedure is done with hygiene and most importantly painless . I got 2 crowns from him, 2 root canals and everything was done very quickly . What impressed me most is his timeliness. If he schedules you for 10 am it is 10 am . You'll never be waiting with him like other doctors who say a time and attend you an hour after that . His wife is also very helpful and assertive in her role . The girls in the office are very nice and very organized I definitely recommend him.also pricing is very affordable , if you have insurance it is even more affordable . So this is a concoction brewed for perfection and success . THANKS DR SINGH . Thanks for suggesting ideas that will allow me to take better care of my teeth and putting the patients well being before money , as many other dentists are very greedy and put money before everything . dr Singh works with you and makes sure your pockets suffer as little as possible . Dr. Singh’s office is the best that I have found, I can rely on him to fix any issues I have with pain and his work is perfection!
