"When traveling through I got Gas here and used a Debit Card. They charged me about 20 cents more per gallon than they should have. The employees laughed at me for asking for a refund for the correct price and for asking for a Manager or District managers information. I know it sounds petty but I was rather annoyed the price listed was not the price given. All other places across the country that have a "Credit" vs "Cash" price base know how to process a Debit card (pin entered) and understand that its NOT processed through the same credit network. It is a direct line to your cash and in all other places is charged as such. This place said "Credit" is this price and thus I didn't use credit. If I misunderstood (although I am sure I am not and debit transaction are not processed by a credit network) then hey that's on me. However the way I was treated after was the worst I have ever been treated. Thanks to this location I won't use a Shell again no matter where in the U.S. it is."
