"Friendly, professional and very quick turn-around! After being rear ended, I chose Elite Collision for my repair due to this shop having great reviews & I was not disappointed - I received my vehicle two days after dropping it off and the work done is phenomenal. The paint matching/finishing is exquisite and both the interior/exterior of the car were cleaned prior to pick-up Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to Elite - Both Al and Ray were polite and helpful with any questions I had! A++ service, I highly recommend! Thank you again!"

"Very disappointing experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I had my Honda fixed here after I was rear-ended. I took the car to Tarrytown Honda who subcontracted the workout to Elite. The experience started off well, as they took care of everything for me at Honda, and even drove me over to get my rental car. This was helpful because I have been having a substantial amount of pain and mobility is not easy right now. However, the problem started once I got my car back. It took a week longer than expected for the repair to be completed, but it was no problem and the insurance company covered the cost of the additional week of the rental. When I finally did get the car back, I was very fortunate that it was raining on that day. Otherwise, I would not have known about the issue in workmanship from Elite. upon inspecting the car, I realized that there was a large amount of water backing up in the trunk that they replaced. It turns out that the trunk was not sealed properly. I returned the car to them and they had it for several days. Then I got a call to come and pick up the car a second time. The trunk was dry and I drove home. The next day, it was raining so I left my car outside to test it out. Later on in the day, I checked the trunk and it was soaked yet again. In addition, there was a loud rattle coming from the back. I called Honda who then called Elite, and they said to mechanic over to test drive the car with me. It was a smug individual who wrote along with me, and tried to tell me that the rattle was "just the sound of the road". I explained that I drove the car for 80k miles before the accident and that it never had this sound before. Oh, and the new trunk door that they installed required heavy slamming in order to actually close. I thought a real Auto body shop would test their work before returning a car to a customer, but that clearly didn't happen here. He said he would take a look at it and drove my car over to the shop for as third visit where it would remain for several more days. Finally, I got the car back after a third try, and the water, door, and rattling issues were resolved. This should not have taken nearly 2 months to complete. Also, after royally screwing up a job like this, I thought a reputable place would have actually given the courtesy of a follow-up call to see how everything is going. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your Auto body needs."
