"I have had my insurance with this agency for over 40 years. For the last several years as I tried to reduce ridiculous car insurance rates, i was informed that there were no better rates for my car and homeowners insurance. Then i got an unsolicited email from Triple AAA auto and within a day got substantially better rates (saving me well over $1000 on home, car, umbrella) from very reputable companies.
