"This branch has excellent customer service with great mechanics led by an effective manager. These men work diligently, and are always busy. Andrew, the manager is a true leader who has great rapport with his team. He leads and manages them effectively and pitches in whenever necessary. The assistant manager, James is another asset to this branch! I own a 13 year old Honda CR-V and went to get an oil change. I also knew my threadbare tires needed to be replaced but thought it could wait for another month. When I spoke with Carlos, an associate, I requested an oil change. I also asked him to check the other fluids, the tires, shock absorbers, and adhere my new registration sticker. Carlos was very courteous and friendly. He explained that everything would be done but that there would be a wait since there were several cars ahead of me. I left my car and went home with a friend. An hour later, Andrew, the manager, called me and explained that my car was in overall great shape. However, he recommended that the tires and back struts be changed. Andrew explained in great detail the reasons, the prices, and timing. I felt no pressure from Andrew while listening. His tone was professional and courteous. I felt confident with Andrew’s suggestions, and approved them. When I went to pick up my car, the branch was still busy with customers. Andrew met me and went over everything that was done. The oil was changed, all fluids were flushed and replaced, four new tires were installed and aligned. The rusty back struts were also replaced. At the counter, James, the assistant manager explained again everything that was done to my car. Several discounts and coupons were applied to the bill. The prices were very reasonable and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I now feel safer in my car and will always return to the Tarrytown branch. Thank you so much guys! Diana C."
