"I had an overall great experience with the staff and their service at Medical Lazer Therapeutics. I was embarrassed and skeptical about getting cool sculpting done initially. Eric sat with me for almost an hour answering all my questions and providing educational and professional explanations whist also being relatable and friendly. The actual cool sculpting itself was very easy and the awesome gals there went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and the treatments were performed correctly. I spent $3200 for 8 applicators over a course of two 2-hr appointments. Eric was so kind he even gave me an extra treatment for free on top of what I already paid for to even out the treatments I was having. After the first session I did see some results and felt much better in my clothes. I also continued to diet and exercise but I think the cool sculpting definitely aided in seeing quicker and longer lasting results. I just had the second session and will wait another 6 weeks to see further results. It's also worth mentioning the office has moved to a new location and it is gorgeous, clean, welcoming, and very modern. I myself have been a healthcare professional for 10 years, and in my opinion their team does a phenomenal job over there! Fair warning.. cool sculpting is recommended for people who do not have a high BMI and who live a lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise. If you don't fall into those categories you probably will not get noticeable results.. no matter what office you get it done at. The team did their job and then some. I highly recommend their services."

"If you’re looking to get coolsculping done. Do NOT waste your time and money on this. It does NOT work. I paid $6,000 for two sessions, and I’m eating a lot less than I have been and my belly area has not changed. If anything, it’s worse. I did my first session back in April 2021 and my second session in May 2021. Angela was super friendly, made me comfortable and all. But when I came in for my second treatment she asked if I wanted to do my treatment on a different day because her son had a baseball game. If I would’ve known this earlier, I would’ve definitely rescheduled because I am a mother myself & I understand games are important. But I drove half hour away for my appointment, and I didn’t wanted to drive back & forth. It did seem like she wasn’t focused at all on my second treatment though. If I haven’t mentioned to her that she forgot that “paper gel thing” she would’ve just used the sunction on my bare skin and I would’ve had major frost bite. I came in for post treatment pictures in July 2021 and I did mentioned to Angela on the second session that the suction didn’t seem like it was on correctly and it wasn’t suctioning well. She did explained to me if it didn’t seem like it wasn’t suctioning she could recheck the machine to see, but I haven’t heard from her ever since. I had to call about my post treatment pics & She didn’t send me the before and after pics until 4 months later. And she only sent me two before and after pics. She said she would send me the rest but she just never reached back out to me. I’m not a happy customer, and I’m super upset that I spent so much money for something that didn’t even work at all. So if anyone wants to see my before and after pics I can show it to you. I just don’t want to post it here because it’s super embarrassing."

You can definitely tell this is a family business. Theres something about people being laid back that make me feel more comfortable excpecially being the type of business it is.
