"I went here a while ago for a bleach and trim. At the end of the service Im told its nearly $300. Ive never paid more than $120 for a hair appointment. I obviously question why it was so much. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional about the situation."

Then wants to recommend us to a former employee, which from my understanding is bad for business ethics. lack of communication through whole experience. Never seen such an unorganized business."
