"Went w/ my family to browse around and we barely stayed. When we all left everyone of us said “I couldnt look at anything without employees hovering like I was going to steal” so shopping trip cut short due to being uncomfortable and annoyed. I’m sure management is the one’s encouraging the hovering but it’s extremely nerve wracking."
"Great store, one worker in particular is rude as soon as you walk in. Follows you around the store and screams for you not knowing how to do his job. Short scrawny black guy with extremely high pitched voice. Brings a lot of negativity into the place. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Luckily hot topic is right across and is much more reasonably priced."
"Spencer's is a childhood favorite of mine. Still a fantastic place to find that unique gift for milestone birthday celebrations, 30th,40th,50th. Amazing selection of couples, and singles implements of pleasure, exploration, and experimentation. Friendly knowledgeable staff ready to assist you with any shopping needs that you have."
"While I don’t typically care for the expensive yet cheaply made stuff, I do enjoy going here to get gauges, especially with “sales”. Went in recently though and all of the employees were busy talking behind the register, and only stopped to be rude about my child who moved an item. She wasn’t destructive but I guess it still rubbed an employee the wrong way. Probably won’t return."
