"I had a massage and facial appointment. I waited a month and a half for this appointment as I can only go on the weekend. I show up for my appointment and they tell me that I left a message to cancel and that they can not accommodate both, even though i had confirmed my appointment two days prior. They tell me they can only get me in for a facial and if I wanted both I would have to wait another month. Nobody apologized to me for this even though it was their mistake. Instead I was told numerous times “well I’m not sure where the mix up was”. I was less than pleased not only with the customer service but the quality of the facial. I have never had a problem with Personal Touch but after my experience today I will not be going back."
