He brought his chair and products to the venue and never once made anyone feel rushed, but their very best. He's EXTREMELY reasonably priced & personable! "Nancy did a beautiful cut on my long hair, which I was afraid to cut because I’ve been growing it out for years. She is a great listener and she really heard me when I told her how I wanted it cut and that I didn’t want to lose any length. I would highly recommend her. She used to do a great job on my hair in junior high/high school and now as I approach my 40s she’s definitely going to be my go-to now that I live in the area again. Price was very fair and I enjoyed the general vibe of the salon as well. ✨"

"That was the worst experience on my life, was my first time visiting this place, this guy don’t know how cut a hair, or treat the hair, was cutting my hair completely dry, then was washed my head with very hot water, also was pulling my hair when he was drying my hair all the time. they damage my hair and look horrible I don’t recommend and never going back again."

"I booked wedding hair and makeup with my sisters and we had a lovely afternoon. Amanda, who did our hair, was open to suggestions and totally flexible with our style and budget requests. Billy, who did our makeup, had the perfect touch: enough to be noticed in pictures, but not so much makeup that we looked overdone. Very well balanced, nice job. Lastly, Jennifer, the owner, was warm and friendly toward us, ensuring that we had a nice afternoon and that everyone was pleased. I can't recommend Serendipity highly enough. The decor and atmosphere is sophisticated and modern, but with a down-to-earth comfortable feel. No snootiness in this salon; just friendly faces and great service."
