"Very upset with the grooming department. My dog was there for 4 hours and I never got a text saying he was ready. Only that they were delayed at the 3 hour mark. I just decided to go get him. I’m seriously disappointed. A lot of hair in his paw pads, on his legs and around his paws , around his head/ left unfinished But also he looks horrible. Emerald - you overbooked yourself today. And Potato paid the price."
