"Wonderful stay in a pinch. Super clean hotel. Water pressure was a bit low but I didn't mind. Some of the friendliest front desk folks I've met in my travels."

"I stayed at the Burrstone Inn for 3 nights Nov 15-18. I was given a handicapped accessible room. I called the front desk and told them I didn’t need such a room and should I move to a different room. I was told it was fine for me to be in that room. The room smelled clean but I noticed hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. The refrigerator did not keep food cold and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Lamp shade had big rips in it. However, the front desk gave me a hairdryer immediately upon request. I didn’t complain about the hair or the fridge ( bought some Clorox wipes-and cleaned the areas) I was basically using the room to sleep so I just took care of it. I did put some food in the fridge before I realized it wasn’t cold enough. I couldn’t eat it, was afraid it was spoiled. The staff was very friendly and I did get free coffee and breakfast. The hotel is in a good location with restaurants and shopping near by. The hotel really needs to be updated and cleaning staff needs to do a much better job! For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed in the overall cleanliness of my room and broken items . I will not stay there again or recommend it to others."

"We stayed at the Burrstone inn on Saturday night November 11th. We requested a handicapped accessible room and was told no problem. We check in and we were told our room is handicapped accessible. When we get to the room there's a sign on the side of the room letting us know that the room is accessible. When we get inside the room was not accessible at all not one accommodation. I went back to the front desk and they told me there's no other room and we have to make do. Contacted the general manager of the hotel and choice hotel customer service numerous times. Customer service said they are getting in touch with the hotel. That was on Monday still have heard nothing. It was an extremely difficult situation for us to stay in a room that was not accessible. I need to make sure this doesn't happen to anybody else. We stay in this hotel often as my son attends the nearby college. The most disgusting customer service ever and they are in total violation of the Americans with disability act."

"Stayed here 2 nights, absolutely fantastic. I travel a lot, so it's great to find a nice place. I felt safe the entire time. the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a solid free hot hotel breakfast: sausage, potatoes, eggs, waffle maker, fruit cups, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast, coffee, and juice. They serve it in the attached bar and restaurant (which runs a paid menu at night, a huge bonus), so lots of seating and a great place to relax! Beds and pillows were super comfortable, the rooms were clean and modern, and the tv was a great size. Overall, I wish every hotel I stayed at was this nice at the same price point. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Thanks guys!"
