UNO Pizzeria & Grill

"Disappointed- we were a party of 5 adults and one toddler. Food ordered took an inordinate amount of time to arrive and there were only two other parties in the restaurant! My pasta dish was lukewarm at best and one of the two items that was supposed to be in the dish was left out. My husband then ordered a drink that took 20 minutes to arrive. Our server was pleasant and did bring out the missing ingredient for my pasta (tomatoes, cold, for hot pasta) so she tried to accommodate as best as possible and kept apologizing for how long the drink took to get to the table. My husband and daughter in law liked their pizza as well as my grandson. It's just a shame it wasn't a better experience for the prices charged."

"I dined in with a coworker. The waiter Patty was experienced and friendly enough to make a drink from my poor description. The food was tasty enough to order food to go. Thanks guys for a great happy hour."

"Went here with my mom. Haven't been to this location yet. The menu looked delicious...Lots of choices, though we ordered salads & French onion soup. The salads were delicious but the soup was terrible. It was so salty. When addressed it with our server, they just apologized & didn't even offer to take it off the bill. In my opinion that's bad customer service. Sad because the one's down south are superb."

"Ended up at Unos after another restaurant had an hour 1/2 wait. Right from the start it felt understaffed despite not much traffic. Ordered the steak and regretted it immediately, the cook butterflied the steak which I thought was an interesting take on steak, and asked by the manager “what’s wrong with it.” Felt like the plate was prepared by chef Mic(crowave), fries soggy, and that steakussy made me lose my appetite, amongst other things. Although they took it off the bill, was not a great experience overall of eating out. Pizza was meh."

"First I want to start off by saying our server was lovely so I put no fault on her however, the cleanliness of the restaurant was absolutely atrocious. Management definitely needs to retake their courses on how to keep a restaurant clean. Honestly if I checked the reviews before we went inside we wouldn’t have even gone. Not only was our table sticky and dusty but so is literally everything else in the entire place. It was kinda scary how dirty it was with more then half the staff standing around and talking. Plus our food was mediocre at best, I couldn’t even get through more then one slice of my pizza. This whole experience made me so sad as my grandparents used to take me here as a kid after we went to the movies. As much as I would like to say we will be coming back we most likely will not. Very unfortunate and not worth the $56 we spent :("
