Very aggressively threw my stuff in the paper bag. She was not friendly at all. I think someone should retrain her on how be a better customer service representative because right now, her attitude leaves a lot to be desired"
"The store was very busy and shelves were empty. But that was expected with the volume of customers there. With this virus everyone is on high alert to stock up their home. BUT....I was mortified at the check out. There were three lights on but I saw no one near the registers. Customers were confused, as I was. Then to my surprise one employee started yelling, " register one is open people's" By now I'm pretty upset. But to my surprise, it got worse. Your other employee is on her phone looking for "another job" My cashier was talking to her and agreed with everything she said. I'm on medical leave but Im a district manager in the retail world. Yes I agree everyone is cranky but I always had my best people scheduled. Boy I hope this works."
