"Tina in the women’s coats and lingerie department needs to a break or something. She’s VERY very rude. It shouldn’t matter how understaffed you are, you shouldn’t assume people don’t have money just by their language barrier. You should hire people who actually care about other people and not just about money. My family and I won’t come back to this store again."
"I love that they give you free wrapping paper for gifts. My son found several items that he could afford to buy for Christmas gifts and with the free paper, boxes and tissue it was easy for him to wrap. The only thing we were missing is the bows that the girl forgot to give him. I will say not as many options for shopping as they sometimes have but still a descent shopping experience."
"Love the store we have in Utica ..wide selection. . but why is this store so filthy?. The floors are not vacuumed..and the product is all over the floors. I have been in first thing and the store is filthy from day before! Why ?"
"My family loves the store but we were in on Black Friday and were treated extremely rudely by one of the cashiers (Maria). She was upset because while she was scanning our items, we removed just 1 item from the 20+ items we bought. I've never seen such a rude cashier in my lifetime. I am huge on customer service and If I am spending $200, I expect at the very least to be treated with respect and professionalism. It used to be our family ritual to go to the store whenever we were in town but not stepping foot there again. I suggest fixing your price check machines or train your employees to give better customer service. Your employees represent your company!"
"Huge selections of clothing for men, women and children. I love the curtain they are selling so beautiful. They also sell footwear, kitchen ware, baths and furniture. Prices are fair comparing to similar stores. And they have discounts and clearances. Staffs are nice and welcome too."
